KAPATIRAN SA KASAGANAAN SERVICE & MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is on its fourth year of operations. We currently have a wide base in Hong Kong and we are focused to increasing our membership in the area. Immediate tasks by KsK Coop for the Year 2008 include establishing an office in Hong Kong and registering the business with the Hong Kong government so that operations would be legitimate.
Our main thrust is for OFWs to keep their hard-earned money and grow it. This cooperative was established to be one of their means towards OWNERSHIP INVESTMENT.
Sa taong 2008, nais nating ipabatid sa lahat na ang layon ng ating kooperatiba ay ang pagmamay-ari ng isang bangko at prangkisa ng Chow King sa Cebu. Ito ay magkasunod na inihayag ng ating Chairman of the Board na si Mr. Francisco J. Colayco sa katatapos na General Assembly na ginanap sa Hong Kong at Pilipinas noong ika-16 ng Marso 2008 at ika-29 ng Marso 2008. Kasama din dito ang pagmamay-ari ng prangkisa ng Max's Express at Mang Inasal para sa taong ito. Nais naming bigyang kahulugan ang inyong pangingibang-bayan at sakripisyo kaya't nais namin na maging kasosyo kayo ng mga negosyong makakatulong rin sa inyo sa takdang panahon. Hindi rin gawang biro ang ambisyong ito. Alam natin na sa tulong at suporta ng bawat miyembro ng kooperatiba, una sa lahat ang biyaya ng Poong Maykapal sa langit, ang lahat ng ating mga pangarap ay di maglalaon at ating matutupad.
Sa pagtutulungan ng Colayco Foundation for Education (CFE) Team at ng Kapatiran sa Kasaganaan (KsK) Team, ang nakalipas na General Assembly sa Hong Kong at Pilipinas ay lubos na naging matagumpay.
Para sa kaalaman ng lahat, KsK is an INVESTMENT COOPERATIVE promoting ownership investments through pooling of resources as a powerful tool for OFWs to grow their hard-earned income. The role of KSK is to make its members financially literate and to open up employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities for them when they opt to come home for good! The OFWs are encouraged to take individual action on the basis of what they have learned; to set their own individual financial goals and plan their investments accordingly. Take advantage of this opportunity to join KsK Coop. Spread your risks and put a part of your savings. As the saying goes, "don't put all your eggs in one basket."
