KAPATIRAN SA KASAGANAAN SERVICE & MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, on its
fifth year of operations, continues to reach into new heights and dares to
dream BIG!
The membership base in Hong Kong continues to grow, and also in KSA and
some other parts of the world. The focus now is to prepare for the opening of
the businesses like the Chowking Franchise in One Mango Avenue Strip Mall in
Cebu where construction is at full-swing.
Target opening is between January 18 to February 14 2010.
This will be right after the two months training of the assistant store
managers in Chowking Manila Head Office facilities. Every KsK SMP Coop member
who is a direct investor is enjoined to attend the blessing of the said
franchise. Details of which will be advised to members, as soon as plans are
finalized. This will be the first real proof that our coop is into OWNERSHIP
SHARING.
The said project will not be a reality if not for the cooperation of the
many members who heeded the call when we asked for direct participation into
the project.
Before the end of the year, we would also like to hear from the many
members if they would still want to put in their extra investible funds for
the bank acquisition which would likely be negotiated before the end of
this year. Interested members are still very much welcome to take
participation in the bank ownership. This is too good of an opportunity to
pass because once the bank is acquired, the value of the bank may already
increase and technically, it would have earned a substantial gain for the
owners. Better appreciation will also be realized once the bank is converted
into a thrift bank and maybe soon as a commercial bank. More banking services
may be offered equating to more income opportunities for members. This is the
next big step of realizing our dream of BUILDING WEALTH TOGETHER. Take that
step to forge that destiny!
